For those suffering thoughts of suicide or going through a mental health crisis, help is out there by easily dialing #988. Dialing #988 will route a caller to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline which is a network of local crisis centers that provide FREE and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day. #988 goes live on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
